重要伝統的建造物群保存地区、いわゆる街並み保存地区に選定されたエリアです。 赤瓦白壁の土蔵群はタイムスリップしたような感じを味わえます。 周辺も古き良き街並みが残り、散策するだけでも癒されます。 他県の様々な街並み保存地区を見ましたがかなり広いです。 残念なのはレトロな良い建物がたくさんあるんですがお店として活用されている所が少ない事。 週末なのに店が少なく観光客もまばら。 魅力的な街並みだけにもっと賑わってほしいですね。

重要伝統的建造物群保存地区です。石州瓦と白壁の倉を眺めながらノスタルジックな気持ちになれます。立ち寄るポイントはそれほど多くありませんが、のんびり散策できます。

古き町並みの白壁が並んだ土蔵群です。ゆっくりと散策するのにちょうど良い広さです。あちこちにカフェや土産物店が点在しています。倉吉駅からバスで15分位です。
