Ibusuki Katsumushi Ramen ~Atsuhime no Honkare~
Local ramen that uses plenty of dried bonito flakes.
"Honkarebushi," the highest quality dried bonito flakes that account for 70% of the national production, are produced in Ibusuki and Yamakawa. Ramen that uses plenty of such Honkarebushi is called "Ibusuki Katsumushi Ramen ~Atsuhime no Honkare~." The soup, which is melted with the flavor of Honkarebushi, is light and you will want to drink it all up!

"On-tamara Donburi" is a local dish topped with onsen tamago (hot spring egg) on rice.
