Shuttle Buses Operate to Each Hot Spring
You can access Lake Toya Onsen via Nakayama Pass from Sapporo in about 2 hours. In addition to accessing it on your own using a rental car or other means, if you are staying at a hotel or ryokan, it is recommended to use the shuttle bus operated by each hotel. All hotels depart from Sapporo Station at noon and arrive around 3 pm. Another attractive point is that many of the buses are free of charge.
