ウエルカムサービスが充実。蒸したての温泉まんじゅう美味しかった。ドリンクも充実。温泉も湯が柔らかく敏感肌でも気持ちよかった。食事は自慢の厚切りローストビーフなどあったがまあまあ。ご飯は柔らかくベチョベチョでした。残念。お刺身は冷凍物中心だが、マグロは美味しかった。機会があればまた行きたいです。

スタッフ皆さんの接客が大変丁寧かつ親切でした。また、ロビーではフリードリンクや和菓子、ソフトクリームなどがスタッフ付きで常時、提供されており、部屋に閉じ籠るよりも「ちょっとロビーに行ってみよう」という気持ちにさせてくれるホテル側おもてなしの心を感じることができました。２泊お世話になりましたが、気持ちよく過ごさせていだきました。

大浴場(特に木造り大浴場)はとても広くてゆったり温泉を満喫出来ました。朝夕食はバイキングで種類が多く美味しく頂きました。外国人スタッフも働いていましたが、皆様日本語でのコミュニケーションも接客もしっかりしていました。ラウンジでお菓子やソフトドリンク、コーヒー等を頂けたり、夜に大道芸人パフォーマンスがあったりとホスピタリティーを感じるお宿でした。駅から歩くには少し遠くバスかタクシーを利用した方が無難です。周囲の廃墟となった建物が目に入り景色的に残念な所がありました。
