Why not try the "Inobuta hot pot," a specialty of the mountainous region made with the local specialty Inobuta and seasonal vegetables, while you're at the Nukawa Onsen? The hot pot is popular among locals and some even visit just to eat it. Winter is especially recommended for eating it, as it can warm you up from the inside out after being out in the cold. It also contains collagen, which is said to have a beautifying effect on the skin.
Point 3

At "Tsuri-bori Nagakawa VILLAGE" located in the clear stream of the Nagakawa Valley, rainbow trout and conger eel are raised, and you can experience fishing in a fishing pond. The fish you catch can be grilled over homemade charcoal on the spot and eaten. Eating grilled fish in the great outdoors is exceptional, so if you come to Nagakawa Onsen, be sure to try it. However, be careful not to eat too much as the fishing seems to be quite good, and you don't want to miss out on the meals at your ryokan.
