Enjoy Kurokawa Onsen with a Great Bathing Deal
At Kurokawa Onsen, you can enjoy numerous hot springs at reasonable prices. There are about 30 inns where you can enjoy hot springs for prices ranging from 500 yen to 800 yen. You can also use the "bathing ticket" system, which allows you to freely visit the open-air baths of each inn. The "bathing ticket" allows you to choose three favorite hot springs out of the open-air baths of 27 inns in Kurokawa Onsen, and you can use one of the three for dining or souvenirs. The price of the "bathing ticket" is 1,300 yen per adult. Please take advantage of this great deal and enjoy the hot springs to the fullest!

Access

Use Convenient Public Transportation
For access to Kurokawa Onsen, it's recommended to use the convenient direct bus service. The Kyushu Cross-Bus operates direct buses from Kumamoto Station and Hakata Station, allowing you to reach Kurokawa Onsen in about 3 hours. Additionally, there are numerous parking lots scattered around the area, making it possible to visit by car. However, each parking lot doesn't have a very large space, so it's recommended to use public transportation for sightseeing.

Utilize the Numerous Scattered Parking Lots
At Kurokawa Onsen, there are six free parking lots available, including the first to fourth parking lots, the Ryokan Association office front, and the new parking lot. The first to fourth parking lots and the Ryokan Association office front do not have much space, accommodating only about 20 to 50 cars, so it is recommended to use the new parking lot, which can accommodate about 150 cars and is located about a 10-minute walk away, during peak tourist season.
