上りは夏山登山口から2.5時間。山頂はガスってて何も見えず。7合目過ぎた辺りからぐっと冷え込む。 下りは行者口からのんびり景色見ながらで2.5時間。下ると雲も減って紅葉の時期ならではの綺麗な景色も見れて満足。

1〜8合目までひたすら階段、階段、岩場と大変な道のりですが、9合目からは見晴らしの良い木道で楽しかったです!✨ 初めての百名山チャレンジ🔰でしたが、道も整備されていて歩きやすく素晴らしい体験になりました☺️ 翌日はしっかり筋肉痛がきましたが…😂 用意したもの:登山靴、リュック、ペットボトル×2、行動食(グミやゼリー)、お弁当 ※天気が変わりやすいのと、上は結構風が強いので軽い上着があると良いですね◎ 幼稚園生くらいの小さなお子様や、スニーカーで登られている方も結構見かけました🐾 中には赤ちゃん👶、ペット🐶を背負って登られている方もいて驚きました…!

関空から福岡行きの飛行機の窓から大山! 冠雪して美しいです。 岡山側から見ると山⛰️の形はあまり美しくないけど鳥取側米子から見るとキレイな形をしているんだな!
