Recommended Access by Train!
The access to Ioka's tea plantation is a 5-minute walk from either Kintetsu Kyoto Line's "Mitsuyamagi" station or JR Gakkentoshi Line's "JR Mitsuyamagi" station. These stations offer convenient access to the tea plantation. In addition, it's possible to arrive by rental car or taxi in about 10 minutes from Kintetsu Shintanabe Station. If using public transportation, train access is recommended. The Kintetsu Kyoto Line and JR Gakkentoshi Line are convenient transportation options that connect Kyoto City and neighboring areas, making access easy.
