The price varies depending on the departure station for the Kintetsu train. It's 3,900 yen for adults departing from Osaka Abenobashi Station and 3,680 yen for adults departing from Kintetsu Nara Station. The trekking courses around the Mitarai Valley, including the Mitarai Promenade, can be slippery and have narrow mountain paths with many small branches on the ground. Therefore, it's recommended to wear long-sleeved shirts and pants that cover as much skin as possible, and to wear comfortable sneakers or trekking shoes. Additionally, the temperature drops earlier in the area compared to surrounding regions after summer. It's a good idea to bring a jacket that you can wear over your clothes.
