Highlights

Point 1

1 Minute Walk from the Station! Extremely Convenient

Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari 1 Minute Walk from the Station! Extremely Convenient
Located just a 30-minute train ride from Tokyo, it's only a short walk from the south exit of Kaihin-Makuhari Station, and there are also high-speed buses from Narita and Haneda airports, making it extremely convenient. Even on bad weather days, it's easy to get to and plan for! For those coming by car, there is a directly managed parking lot that can accommodate about 800 cars, as well as 11 other affiliated parking lots, making it easy to find a parking spot. Nearby, there is Makuhari Seaside Park and Makuhari Messe, making it perfect for taking a break from shopping and visiting the park, or shopping during free time before or after events.
Point 2

A Wide Variety of 137 Shops

Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari A Wide Variety of 137 Shops
At this outlet mall, you'll find a diverse range of unique shops, including popular casual and sports brands like "BEAMS" and "NIKE" that are particularly popular among younger generations, as well as famous domestic and international high-end brands, fashion in various styles, kids' clothing, household goods, outdoor gear, and more. Although the number of shops is not as high as other outlets, there are many popular shops carefully selected, making it easy to find the shop you're looking for and shop at outlet prices. Whether you're alone or with friends, family, or your significant other, enjoy shopping and exploring the shops together.
Point 3

Take a Break at Cafes and Restaurants

Of course, not only shopping, but also restaurants and cafes are plentiful! Cute cafes like "Gelato Pique Cafe" and shops where you can enjoy authentic pizza or hearty steak, as well as delicious bakeries, line the streets. Take a break and catch your breath after walking around shopping, or fill your stomach with lunch to recharge your mind and body! There are also various gourmet restaurants of different genres in the immediate vicinity of the outlet, so it's also a good idea to take a little walk and look for your favorite lunch spot!
Point 4

Seasonal Sales for Every Occasion

Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari Seasonal Sales for Every Occasion
If you're going shopping anyway, why not take advantage of a sale? At Outlet Makuhari, various sales are held throughout the year, including the "New Year Surprise Sale" held during the New Year's holidays, the "Super Outlet Sale" held every six months (usually in January-February and July-August), and the "Spring Fair," "GW Sale," and "Christmas Fair" held seasonally. Depending on the sale and the store, you can get discounts of up to 80% off, making it a great opportunity to save money while shopping. However, it's important to note that parking can be very crowded during sale periods, so it's best to avoid peak times and consider using reserved parking or public transportation to avoid traffic congestion.
Point 5

Dogs are Welcome!

Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari Dogs are Welcome!
At Outlet Makuhari, it's okay to bring your pet as long as you follow the rules! You can enjoy shopping with your beloved dog while taking a walk in the park with a sense of liberation. There are shops that handle dog supplies, restaurants where you can have lunch with your dog mainly on the terrace seats, and shops where pets are allowed to enter with a "WELCOM" sticker, making it easy to understand! Spend a wonderful holiday with your beloved dog.
Point 6

Abundant Facility Services and Events

Free Wi-Fi is also available. The outdoor stage hosts events such as mini concerts and shows for children during different periods, making it perfect for a shopping break. In winter, the area is decorated with dazzling illuminations, and there are many other thoughtful touches to delight customers.
Point 7

Urban Oasis with Creative Space Design

The "Urban Flower Garden" concept creates an open space that harmonizes well with the city and nature. The two-story building is low-rise and provides a sense of sea breeze and sunlight, creating a lush and gorgeous space. There is also a stylish terrace on the rooftop, where you can buy drinks from the nearby cafe and take a break on the bench or take a deep breath to refresh yourself.

Access

Mitsui Outlet Park Makuhari Use Public Transportation as Much as Possible!
Use Public Transportation as Much as Possible!
Located in a very convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from JR Kaihin-Makuhari Station and about 1-2.5 km from the nearest IC (Wangan Narashino IC or Wangan Chiba IC). There are many affiliated parking lots, so it's convenient for those who are worried about their shopping bags or families with small children who come by car. However, if possible, it is recommended to use public transportation such as trains and buses. This is because there are many places such as "Makuhari Messe," "ZOZO Marine Stadium," "Aeon," and "Costco" in the surrounding area, and on weekends, holidays, games, events, and live performances, it is possible to have trouble finding a parking space or getting caught in traffic. It's very accessible, taking about 30 minutes from Tokyo Station without changing trains, about 20 minutes from Chiba Station, and one bus ride from Narita and Haneda airports. Although there may be congestion at the ticket gates and bus stops, it's relatively easy to get there smoothly!

Parking

Shop and Park for a Great Deal!
At Outlet Malls Makuhari, there are two directly managed parking lots that can accommodate a total of 800 cars. The fee is 200 yen per 30 minutes, but if you spend over 3,000 yen at the first store, you can park for free for two hours. Furthermore, if you spend the same amount or more at the second and third stores, you can park for free for an additional hour each time. You can park for up to four hours for free, so if you plan to do a lot of shopping, be sure to keep your receipts. Also, since there are many popular spots such as "Makuhari Messe" and "Makuhari Seaside Park" in the surrounding area, the parking lot can be very crowded depending on the day. In that case, let's use the 11 affiliated parking lots. Each of these can be used for about 300-600 yen per hour, and on weekdays, six of them offer the same level of free service as the directly managed parking lots, while on weekends, holidays, and certain facility-specific days, you can receive free service at all affiliated parking lots. If you want to be sure to park your car or don't want to struggle to find a parking spot, it's a good idea to use a service called "akippa" that allows you to reserve parking in advance.
