小高い丘の上に鎮座する伊勢山皇大神宮。急な坂道、階段をかなり上ります。市街地でありながら丘の上ということもあり境内は清々しいあたたかい空気が流れいます。神明造の本殿の姿は立派です。ありがとうございました! 投稿写真は少し前の整備事業中のものになります 【御祭神】天照大御神(あまてらすおおみかみ) 境内神社 ●杵築宮・子之大神(きづきのみや・ねのおおかみ) 【御祭神】 主神:大国主命 配祀神:豊受姫大神、須佐之男命、住吉大神、子之大神、 鹿島大神(かしまのおおかみ)、香取大神(かとりのおおかみ) ●大神神社(磐座)おおみわじんじゃ(いわくら) 【御祭神】大物主大神

神奈川県横浜市西区に鎮座する伊勢山皇大神宮。 御祭神は天照大御神。 伊勢山の「伊勢」は伊勢神宮に由来しており、文字通り関東のお伊勢様とも呼ばれ、横浜総鎮守として親しまれている。 銅製の神明鳥居が出迎えてくれ、境内に続く参道は上へ上へ続いており神社が小高い丘に鎮座している事が感じ取れた。坂を緩和する為か曲がりくねっていた。 訪問日は縁日に近いという事もあってか、ちょうちんが飾られていて華やかさも出していた。 境内に足を踏み入れると清々し空気感に包まれる。 格式のある本殿は重厚感があった。 伊勢山皇大神宮は小高い丘の上にあるので景観が良いことでも評判との事。 アクセスは桜木町駅から徒歩で約10分程度。

25年1月2日、初詣。 (いせやまこうたいじんぐう) 関東でも人気上位の初詣スポット。 みなとみらい公共駐車場より徒歩20分くらいでした。 露店も数多く出店されています。 お参りの列に並ばないと上まで行けません。 この日は50分程度の待ちでした。 ちなみに所要時間は多少飲み食いして3時間程度でした。(駐車場から出て帰って来るまで) 規模的に大き過ぎず、小さ過ぎずちょうど良いと思いました。
