週末の午前中に訪問。外国人の方に特に人気で訪問時にはすでに観光客の方でいっぱいでした。 私たちは招き猫を買いに訪問し10分ぐらい並んで購入する事ができましたが、サイズによっては売り切れていました。 招き猫がたくさん並んでいる姿はとても圧巻です。ただ、お寺の中自体は静かで厳かないい雰囲気なのでゆっくり参拝する事ができました。

由緒正しい立派な建物と可愛いまねきねこに迎えられて、和やかな気持ちになりました。外国の観光客の方々が沢山いらっしゃいました。英語で書かれた自動販売機もあり(お守りとかが購入できるのかな?こちらは現地で確認してみて下さい)、流石人気のあるお寺さんだと思いました。

大谿山豪徳寺(だいけいざんごうとくじ) 2024.09.15 日曜日 15時頃訪問しました。 参拝・駐車場 無料。招き猫(招福猫児)発祥のお寺です。井伊家(井伊直弼)の菩提寺となり 発展したことから 寺に福を招いた白猫は崇められ その姿を模した置物(=招き猫)が作られるようになったということです。三重塔や井伊直弼のお墓・招き猫など一見の価値ありです!三重塔にも猫ちゃんがいるので探して見てくださいね。豪徳寺の招き猫は(豆粒サイズから高さ30cmほどの特大サイズまで8種類→500円~7000円)その場ですぐ奉納するのではなく 自宅に持ち帰り飾って願いが叶ったり年が変われば納める・または自宅にずっと飾っても良いそうです。(販売は15時まで)そして 滋賀県彦根市井伊家の江戸の菩提寺でもあり このお寺の招き猫が彦根市ゆるキャラ「ひこにゃん」にも繋がっています。のどかで広大な境内は 隅々まで綺麗にされており そして緑豊かで 木々たちが生き生きとしており 苔が素晴らしく とても清々しい雰囲気と気持ちで参拝・散策できました!そして猫好きには たまらにゃい ほっこりスポット!参拝訪問者は外国人の方が大半でした。そして 訪れるだけで ご利益を得た気持ちになれるから不思議です。 【場所】 東京都世田谷区豪徳寺2-24-7 【参拝時間】 6:00~17:00 ※寺務所受付は8:00~15:00
