Directly Connected to Tennozu Isle

Tennozu Isle is directly connected to the Rinkai Line and Tokyo Monorail's "Tennozu Isle Station". If you use the monorail, you can access it in just 5 minutes from Hamamatsucho Station. It's also possible to access it on foot from JR Shinagawa Station, taking a 15-minute walk via the Rakusui Bridge and Fureai Bridge on the former coastal road. As there is a canal nearby, it's recommended to enjoy the scenery while heading there.

Numerous Paid Parking Lots in the Surrounding Area

There are a total of eight paid parking lots in the vicinity of Tennozu Isle. Three of these lots, "Tennozu Park Parking Lot," "Tokyo Public," and "Trust Park Tennozu," offer 24-hour use. The parking lot with the highest maximum fee is "Tennozu First Tower/Sphere Tower Tennozu Parking Lot," but at 1800 yen, it is still a good deal compared to other parking lots.

東京のウォーターフロントで、お台場や新宿、羽田空港に行くのに便利な立地です。東京モノレールの駅とは徒歩約5分程度の距離で離れているので要注意です。窓口前にラブライブ！虹ヶ咲学園スクールアイドル部の三船栞子ちゃんのパネルが掲出されています。

天王洲アイル駅は、東京モノレールとりんかい線の接続駅で、品川区のウォーターフロントエリアに位置しています。羽田空港やお台場方面へ行く際に便利な駅で、周辺にはオフィスビルや商業施設が立ち並び、アートやカフェを楽しむスポットも充実しています。近年、アートやイベントを通じてさらに注目されるエリアとなっています ①ロケとアクセス：** 天王洲アイル駅は、東京モノレール羽田空港線とりんかい線が交差する重要な乗り換え駅です。モノレールの羽田空港第2ターミナル方面や、りんかい線でお台場・新木場方面へのアクセスが可能です。ただし、両路線の乗り換えには一旦駅外に出る必要があるため、移動時には少し時間がかかる場合があります ②施設とサービス：** 駅周辺には、アートギャラリーや複合施設が多く、「TERRADA ART COMPLEX」は国内最大級のアート施設として有名です。ここでは、現代アートやアーティストの作品を楽しめるほか、カフェでのんびり過ごすこともできます。また、天王洲運河沿いの遊歩道「ボンドストリート」では、海風を感じながら散策できます ③見どころや魅力：** 天王洲アイルはアートや水辺の景観が魅力で、「天王洲キャナルフェス」や「TENNOZ ART WEEK」といったイベントも開催され、多くの観光客やアート愛好者を集めています。特に、TERRADA ART COMPLEXではアートワークやワークショップを通じて、アーティストと直接交流する機会もあり、クリエイティブな体験が楽しめますこのエリアはアートに興味がある方にとって必見のスポットです。

天王洲アイル駅は、りんかい線と東京モノレールが通っており、都心や羽田空港方面へのアクセスが良く、通勤・出張などで非常に便利です。私も以前仕事の関係で通っていたことがありますが、乗り換えのスムーズさには助けられました。ただ、電車賃がやや高いのがネックで、毎日の通勤となるとコスト面で少し負担を感じます。駅周辺にはオフィスビルが立ち並び、飲食店やカフェも豊富なので、仕事帰りや昼休みに立ち寄るスポットが多いのも魅力です。
