Conveniently Located Park in the Heart of the City
Meiji Jingu Gaien is located in a prime location with access from various stations on JR, Tokyo Metro, and Toei Subway lines. If taking JR, it's a 5-minute walk from Shinanomachi Station. If taking Tokyo Metro, it's an 8-minute walk from Gaiemmae Station. If taking Toei Subway, it's a 5-minute walk from Kokuritsu-Kyogijo Station. Additionally, there are many paid parking lots within the park, so if you come by car, be sure to park in one of the park's parking lots. As the park boasts a vast area, it's recommended to wear comfortable shoes when visiting for sightseeing or outings.

神宮球場や国立競技場によく観戦に訪れてますがこの日2025.2.23(日)は明治神宮外苑大学クリテリウム観戦で訪れたのです。この競技(自転車)が絵画館と日本オリンピックミュージアムがあるこのロケーションにマッチしてると思うと思わず笑ってしまいますよね。再開発のことで反対派のポスターがあちらこちらに貼られててエライ殺風景でした😱。私としては美しいイチョウ並木を綺麗そのまま保存して開発してくれれば納得ですが。野球ファンとしては環境保全よりも一日もはやく新神宮球場で観戦したい気持ちの方が強いかな。

クリスマスマーケットやってました!!!! 初体験のクリスマスマーケットはとても賑わってました。 銀杏並木も19時ごろ到着しましたが人がいっぱいで撮影すれば人だかりも映るような状況でした!!

東京ヤクルトスワローズの本拠地として長年使われている神宮球場です。セントラルリーグの球場としては広く有りませんが、それだけに野手やバッターとも近く感じられて一体感が有ります。席幅は狭く少し窮屈です。スタンド通路は狭く階段も踏み込み幅が無くて急です。足が不自由な方はよほどお気をつけください。 日中は日陰がほとんど有りません。8月だと18時まで西日が差します。日傘はNGなので団扇やタオルなどで陽射し対策必須です。 売店やトイレへの通路も狭く、レジ待ちの列と交差したり人混みでつかえたりします。売店での販売物はアイデアや美味しい工夫があったりと楽しく選べます。ただ席で食べようとすると狭くて大変ですね。 ペットボトル持ち込みOKなのでソフトドリンクは手前のコンビニで買った方が良いです。但しコンビニはけっこう混んでます。ビールの売り子さんはたくさんいますがそれ以外は少ないです。 売店でのグッツ購入はタイミングによって並びます。売店ごとに多少違うグッツがあります。飲食の売店は売店ごとに違います。どちらも早めに購入した方が良いと思います。 プロ野球開催日は混みあいますがJR2駅と地下鉄1駅が近いので長く停滞することはありません。
