川沿いの小さな滝。 と思っていたのだが、道から階段を下りていくと迫力のある多段型の斜め滝だった。川の流れが岩にぶつかり水の細粒がきらめく。 駐車場はなく、表の道沿い、路肩に1,2台とめておけるかな、というくらいです。遊歩道は階段の傾斜があり滑りやすいです、注意。

道路沿いに設置されている案内看板の近くに車が1台分くらい駐車できそうな場所があるので、そこに車を駐車しました。 案内看板からは整備されている階段を100メートル程下っていき、階段が終わった場所にある滝が立岩の滝です。立岩の滝を見る場所は滝から近い場所なので、なかなか迫力があって見ていてとても気持ち良い場所でした。階段を下る途中にも別の滝を見ることができます。

駐車場と言う駐車場は無いです。道路に少し広い路肩が有り、2台〜3台停めれます。立岩の滝の入口看板から50メートルぐらいの路肩に停める感じです。足元が少し急な所も有ります。スニーカーが良いですね。少しは整備された獣道をゆっくり歩いて10分ぐらい、行きは坂道下る、帰りは登る道です。 駐車場が無いのが残念、観光になりますが、人は、誰も居ませんでした。 滝を見て写真撮って終わる程度の観光です。 お弁当とか食べるスペース、広場的なのも無いので、ただ滝を見るのみですね。
