Plan a Fun Trip with Multiple Access Methods
There are multiple ways to access Kaigan-dori Seaside Park, allowing you to choose a transportation method that suits your one-day plan. If you're taking the train to Kaigan-dori Seaside Park, there are two options. From Hakata Station, take the JR Kagoshima Main Line to JR Kashii Station, then transfer to the JR Kashii Line to get to JR Uminonakamichi Station, which takes about 30 minutes. If you're coming from Tenjin, take the subway Hakozaki Line from Tenjin Station to Kaizuka Station, then transfer to the Nishitetsu Kaizuka Line to get to Nishitetsu Wawhaku Station, then transfer to the JR Kashii Line to get to JR Uminonakamichi Station, which takes about 45 minutes. If you're taking the bus, you can get to Kaigan-dori Seaside Park directly from Tenjin Chuo Post Office in about 35 minutes. You can also use a high-speed boat to get to Kaigan-dori Seaside Park. By using the high-speed boat that connects Seaside Momochi "Marizon" and Kaigan-dori, you can get there in about 20 minutes! Of course, there is also a parking lot, so you can also go by car. We recommend considering early transportation or using public transportation during events or holidays when congestion is expected.

Using Convenient Parking
At the Kaigan-dori Seaside Park, there are multiple parking lots scattered throughout the park. You can choose which parking lot to use depending on your destination, and on the day of your visit, you can move between parking lots (the West Parking Lot, Wonder World Parking Lot, Kaigan-dori Station Entrance Parking Lot, and Hikari to Kaze no Hiroba Parking Lot). Parking fees are free for the first 30 minutes after entry, and then 530 yen for regular cars and 270 yen for motorcycles. There are also discounted prices such as the passport discount, which allows you to use the national park annual passport and pay 430 yen for regular cars and 220 yen for motorcycles. Please note that you can enter the parking lot until one hour before closing time, so be careful with your time and enjoy the many leisure facilities at Kaigan-dori Seaside Park!

Enjoy using an Annual Passport for a Great Deal
There is an admission fee to enter the Kaigan-dori Seaside Park. The fee is 450 yen for adults (15 years old and above), 210 yen for seniors (65 years old and above), and free for junior high school students and younger. There is also a two-day pass available, which costs 500 yen for adults, 250 yen for seniors, and is free for junior high school students and younger. The Kaigan-dori Seaside Park also offers an annual passport. The annual passport can be used as many times as you want for one year from the date of issue and is sold at each entrance. The fee is 4,500 yen for adults, 2,100 yen for seniors. The annual passport comes with benefits such as discounts on parking fees and admission fees to Marine World Kaigan-dori, so you can enjoy the park facilities at a great deal!

1月、金曜11時着でほとんど人がいない状態。遊び始めの遊具は貸し切り状態で、あとから中国人観光客がチラホラ来た。大型遊具がたくさんあり、一日中でも十分遊ぶことができる。超広大な敷地で思いっきり遊ぶことができた。動物の森ゾーンは、公園入場料のみで無料で見ることができた。カフェランチは少し高めなので、お弁当持参が良いかも。遊具ゾーンは、西駐車場が近い。

2024年10月27日の秋の都市緑化月間の無料入園日にお邪魔しました。 13時頃に到着予定だったので、混んでるかな?と思ってたんですが、そこまでの渋滞はなかったです!!以前のネモフィラの時の無料入園日はかなり混んでいました… 今回のお目当てはコスモスですと赤ちゃんカピバラでした コスモスは満開で近くで見ても遠くから見てもめちゃくちゃ綺麗で最高でした!! 奥に行くと動物エリアがあります。 動物園という程ではないですが、かわいい動物たちをたくさん見ることができます。 カピバラの赤ちゃんは小さくて可愛すぎました 敷地はかなり広いので自転車に乗って回ってる方もたくさんいました 駐車場が600円と行くたびに値上がりしてますが、公園の管理や動物たちの事を考えたら仕方ないですかね!?

レンタサイクルで走り回ってきました。 動物のゾーン、花のゾーン、公園としてのゾーンなど行くところ行くところの顔があって敷地の広さと整備されてる安心感で楽しく回れました。 秋桜が見頃と聞いて突如行きましたが前日の嵐で蕾が閉ざしてました。 全部咲き誇ったら綺麗だろなぁって思わせてくれる広大さでした。 どうぶつの森は人馴れしたどうぶつの森達が寄ってきてくれて各々の柵も低くて親近感ありました。 手洗いや消毒も随所にあって人の為もありますが、動物達をを大切にされてるのかなとも思いました。 清掃も行き届いてたと思います。 駅からのアクセスが大変でした。
