The barracks were built in a pine forest a little away from the airfield to avoid air raids. The triangular barracks were made of half-buried wooden barracks, and young trees were placed on the roof for camouflage. Kamikaze pilots spent several days here before their departure. They trained and prepared themselves mentally, and made up their minds here. Currently, a monument has been erected on the site of the triangular barracks to convey its history.
