Access

Convenient Access to Kikuchi Gorge by Car
Access to Kikuchi Gorge is convenient by car. Using the Kyushu Expressway from Fukuoka City, you can arrive in 2 hours and 10 minutes. It's also possible to arrive in about 80 minutes from JR Kumamoto Station. Since access by public transportation is difficult, using a private car is recommended for accessing Kikuchi Gorge. If you want to enjoy the beautiful natural environment and the scenery of the flowing clear stream, please visit Kikuchi Gorge.

Parking

Parking Information for Kikuchi Valley
Kikuchi Valley offers convenient access through the use of parking lots. The first parking lot can accommodate approximately 80 cars, including up to 7 large vehicles. The second parking lot can accommodate about 45 cars. Additionally, during peak seasons, the central parking lot, which can accommodate approximately 300 cars, is available for use. The parking fee is 300 yen for regular cars and 200 yen for motorcycles. When visiting Kikuchi Valley, please don't forget to check the parking information and enjoy a smooth stay.
