森林浴ウォーキングにちょうどいい片道約3キロの遊歩道。多少のアップダウンはありますが、傾斜が緩く歩きやすい道でした。 行きは釣りしながら1時間40分。 (ヤマメが居ないか釣具持参(鑑札必要)しましたが、小さいアブラメしか見つけることが出来なかったです。) 帰りは40分でした。 残念ながら、水量が少なくて五重の滝が二重の滝になってました。夏は水量も増えて涼しそうです。

たのしい渓谷 終点の滝まで行くならば、途中、階段登り降りで息切れする箇所もあるが岩登りみたいなハードな地点は無い。 トカゲ結構会う。 蜂もいる🐝ので服の色、香水など刺激を与えないようにしたほうがいい。 入り口に自販機はあるが、入山すると水飲み場(汲みば)は無いので注意して。 他に持参したほうが良いもの 歩き易い靴 着替え(下山してから) 長ズボン(結構草ある)

小雨だったので往復2時間位で急いで歩きました。大雨の後で、道が凄く靴はぐっしょり濡れましたが、楽しかったです! ずっと川沿いで涼しくて滝や吊り橋が何個もあり、大好きな苔が沢山‼️ ヨガやハイキングで来る方が多いらしく晴れた時に行くともっと良いかも
