写真は白水ダムまでの約1キロの車道とその先の駐車場と約200mの歩く道のりです。 1枚目:第1駐車場に行く最後の1キロほどの道のりです、所々離合しにくい道幅になります 2枚目:第1駐車場ととても綺麗なトイレです、女性用トイレには乙姫まで設備されてるそうです 3枚目:駐車場からこの写真方向に約200m歩くと白水ダムです 4枚目:この下り坂を歩きます 5枚目:白水ダムです 越流してるかどうかを電話で問い合わせましたら、大分県の事務所の女性職員の方がとても親切に教えてくださいました。

小さいダムですが、国の重要文化財に指定されており、日本一美しいと言われています。 私が訪れたときは一部放出のみでしたが、これが全面のときは一層綺麗でしょう!

ここ白水ダムは国指定重要文化財に登録されているダムです。切石を積上げたダムは水が流れ落ちる時泡立ち白く美しく見えます。とても綺麗なダムです。紅葉の時期はダムの白さと紅葉がとても映えて絶景です。
