Ryumon Waterfall is located about a 30-minute drive from the Kusatsu "Yume" Otsuribashi Bridge and is a popular spot for its natural beauty. The waterfall is a beautiful two-tiered waterfall, with the first tier being 26 meters high and 40 meters wide, and the deep basin is impressive. The second tier has a drop of about 70 meters and flows down the andesite rock bed, creating a beautiful sight. Especially in the summer, you can see young people and children enjoying water play in the basin. A Powerful Waterfall that Shakes the Surrounding Mountains!

Kuju "Dream" Suspension Bridge A Powerful Waterfall that Shakes the Surrounding Mountains!
The Shindonotaki waterfall is a very large waterfall with a great drop and has been selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls. It consists of two waterfalls, the Otokofuji and the Onnafuji, and shows a powerful flow that shakes the surrounding mountains. Until the construction of the Kokonoe Great Suspension Bridge, it was difficult to see the entire waterfall and only a part of it could be seen even when approaching it. However, since the bridge was built, it has been possible to see the waterfall from the bridge and enjoy the panoramic view. Especially in the summer, the area around the waterfall is cool and you can be healed by the sound of the waterfall while enjoying nature. Visiting together with the Kokonoe Great Suspension Bridge ensures that you can fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Kokonoe town!
