Realistic Moving Dinosaurs with Great Power

There are various exhibition corners related to science, but among them, the dinosaur corner has particularly large, life-size and realistic dinosaur exhibits. The popular "Tyrannosaurus" and "Triceratops" move about every 15 minutes, and their world's largest life-size figures moving with roaring sounds of "Goooh" and "Gyaaah" are very powerful! Not only can you experience a beautiful starry sky, but you can also enjoy a sense of realism as if you were flying out into space. Depending on the time slot, you can enjoy different themes and explanations during the screening.

Learn about Japanese Traditions at the Industrial Hall

On the third floor of the Industrial Hall, you can learn about Japanese industries. For example, in the "Traditional Industry Zone," traditional specialty products from Ehime Prefecture are displayed, and the manufacturing process is shown on video. In the "Core Industry Zone," you can see the Iyo Railway No. 1 locomotive, also known as the "Bocchan Train," and a towel automatic weaving machine for Imabari towels. You can also learn about the manufacturing process of these products, so if you take your time to see everything, you might run out of time.

Memorable Souvenirs at the Museum Shop

On the first floor, the museum shop sells souvenirs related to the exhibits in the museum, as well as merchandise featuring the museum's mascot character, Kahakung. They offer goods related to dinosaurs, fossils, and even science experiment kits, so those interested in chemistry should definitely check them out while visiting the permanent exhibition room! If you visit with your children, you may even find something useful for summer experiments.

The museum is divided into a permanent exhibit and a planetarium. Admission to the permanent exhibit is free for elementary and junior high school students, while adults pay 540 yen and seniors pay 280 yen. Admission to the planetarium is the same as the permanent exhibit for adults and seniors, at 540 yen and 280 yen respectively, while elementary and junior high school students pay 280 yen. 場所は丘の上にあり、美術館の建物の入り口のすぐ前に停まるバスでアクセスできます。閉店間際に到着したため、バスの時間がなくなり、最寄りの駅から歩いてここに到着しました。楽しい場所で、子供向けの学習メディアがたくさんあります。ここを訪れることができてとても嬉しいです🤗 インドネシアからこんにちは🇮🇩💕

92歳の叔母を今治の施設から連れだし、車椅子なので涼しいプラネタリウムで過ごそうと、西条市で障害者対応ルームのかるホテルで宿泊して、総合科学館へ行きました。少し認知症ですが、星には少し詳しかったんだよと、プラネタリウム鑑賞をとても喜んでくれました。叔母が声を出して星の感想を言うので、他の方の迷惑になるかもとドキドキしましたが、解説のお姉さんに合わせて、子供達も声を上げていて、コレなら大丈夫かな？と安心して楽しく星を観ることができました。他の展示場では縄を振って、色を出す体験を喜んでくれたり、高齢者とこんな科学技術やAIは相性良いなと感じました。恐竜も、子供時代化石好きだった私にはとても楽しめました。スタッフの皆さんの車椅子への対応も素晴らしく、安心して回れました。障害認定手帳もあったので、まさかの無料でびっくりしました。ありがとう御座いました。今月末から、特別養護老人ホームに入るので、もう喜楽に外出は出来なくなりますが、ぶどうのかき氷等もも帰りに食べられ、最後の外出に楽しめました。いままで、外出となれば松山に行っていましたが、西条市、隣でしたが殆んど何も知らなかったのだとびっくりしました。今更ながら、科学館の最先端の内容も触れられ、自然も多く、水も綺麗な過ごし易い良い場所だと感じました。ありがとう御座いました

チチトコ親子で愛媛県総合科学博物館に行ってきました！新居浜市にあるこの博物館は、自然、科学技術、産業の3つのゾーンで構成された常設展示が魅力的です。息子は実物大の動く恐竜ロボットに大興奮！15分ごとに動き出す恐竜の迫力に圧倒されていました。館内には体験型の展示が豊富で、親子で楽しみながら学べる工夫がたくさん。人間万華鏡や竜巻に触れる体験など、科学の不思議を肌で感じられる展示に、息子の目は輝いていました。そして、何と言っても圧巻なのが世界最大級のプラネタリウム！直径30mのドームスクリーンに映し出される星空の美しさと臨場感に、まるで宇宙空間にいるような感覚を味わえました。お腹が空いたら、館内の「科博レストラン」で食事を楽しめます[9][13]。おすすめのせんざんき定食や葱ソース添え、カレーライスなどのメニューが用意されています。夏季にはかき氷やかき氷ソフトなどの涼しいデザートも楽しめるそうです。開館時間は9:00～17:30（入室は17:00まで）で、月曜日が基本的に休館日です。家族で1日たっぷり楽しめる、学びと驚きがいっぱいの素晴らしい科学博物館でした！
