Enjoy Local Cuisine at Ashizuri Onsen

Ashizuri Onsenkyo Enjoy Local Cuisine at Ashizuri Onsen
At Ashizuri Onsen's ryokan, the recommended dish is the local specialty "katsuo no tataki" (seared bonito). The style of the Tosa Shimizu school is to marinate fresh bonito in a sauce and enjoy it with condiments such as garlic. Also, be sure to try the katsuo no sashimi, also known as "Tosa-zukuri". In addition, we recommend the seafood grill made with fresh seafood caught that day, such as live abalone, scallops, and turban shells. The sound of the abalone and shells dancing on the grill, the aroma of the grill, and the carefully selected ingredients grilled on the net will enhance the deliciousness of the meal even more. At Ashizuri Onsen's ryokan, we offer dishes that make use of fresh local ingredients. You can enjoy the taste of local cuisine and seafood while relaxing in the hot springs. Please enjoy the ryokan cuisine that allows you to savor the unique flavor and deliciousness of the local area.
