一度は見ておきたかった「阿波の土柱」 以前より、ずいぶん風化が進みタケノコ状の「土柱」も小さくなったとクチコミなどで見ていましたが、十分迫力あり楽しめました。 長い時間の中、風雨や紫外線などでもろくなった礫層が浸食されて出来ているそうです。 砂浜などで砂の山を作って、上からジョーロなど使って水を流すとどんどん砂の山は崩れていきますが、ところどころ小さな山の形で残る時がありますが、あのような原理なんでしょうね。 近年の異常気象で豪雨があると大丈夫なのかな?て思ってしまいます。 ドッカリ崩れなければ良いのですが、年々風化は進んでいます。 あと何年この風景が見られるかわからないので、興味ある方は早めに行かれてはいかがでしょうか。 真正面から見ることが出来る展望台や、階段を下りれば土柱を下から見上げることも出来ます。 太陽の日差しでも表情変えていくのでいつも同じ雰囲気でない所も良い所。 「ミニ土柱」もカワイイです。 専用駐車場、トイレもあります。

年月を経て、かなり変化しているとの事。 日本でこの景色がみられるのは貴重な感じがします。 いい意味でも悪い意味でも、アクセスが悪く、観光地化されず自然にあるがままに残っている。 地元としては観光資源としたいと思っているようだが、トイレ整備等がもう少しされないと難しいかも。

期待していませんでしたがなかなか良かった。 ビュースポットは正面展望台(下)、正面展望台(上)、頂上の3つです。頂上が1番良いのでおススメ順路は正面展望台下→正面展望台上→頂上です。 頂上からの展望はスリルがあり、景色も良いのですが、保護柵などありません。子供などは誤って転落しないように注意が必要です。 正面展望台から土柱を見ると東方向なので時間によっては超逆光になります。
