学問の神様。 近くには大きな商店街もあります。 境内は外国の参拝客も多数。 御朱印は直書きのシンプルなものと柄が入った限定のもの。 それ以外に刺繍や切り絵の御朱印もあります。 ただサイズ的に切り絵や刺繍のものは大きくて入らなそうです。

1月の半ば、この時期になると合格祈願の学生達や父兄の方の参拝者で境内はごった返している。ここは、交通のアクセスも申し分ない、南森町駅、JR天満宮駅からも改札を出て5分以内!参拝を終わってからも天神橋商店街をブラブラ買い物や御食事もできる。2月に入ると今度は、素晴らしい梅の花を楽しむことができるのでまた行こうとおもいます。
