福井市内から東尋坊へ向かうルート上の道路標示で知り訪ねました 折しもジャンプ「逃げ上手の若君」で新田義貞が戦死した直後。ご縁かと ご住職に丁寧なご説明をいただきました 「足利にいじめられてとうとう太田に帰れず…」 「すみませんウチの足利が…」 こんなw 近隣に明智光秀の住いもあったとのこと 寄り道大正解 歴史ヲタ、大河ドラマクラスタはぜひ訪れて欲しいです

明智光秀所縁の場所と言う事で2022/5/1に訪問しました。 ボランティアガイドさんは不在でした。御朱印もどこで貰えるのか分からなくて心残りでしたが、お詣りだけして後にしました。 新田義貞墓所内に戦前に建立された新田家のお墓がありました。 もしかして義貞の末裔…!?とワクワクしましたが詳細は不明。

福井県指定史跡 明智光秀にゆかりがある場所ということで行ってきました。平日だったので誰もいなく、ゆっくり見てまわりました。 知らなかったのですが、こちらは新田義貞公菩提所でもあるという事でした。またお寺の歴史は泰澄大使が阿弥陀堂を創建した721年~だそうで寺格は高かった様ですが、明治の版籍奉還によっては無檀家になり無住となって、現在は多くの人の協力で復興をしたそうです。 「麒麟がくる」からは観光する人も多いようで土日はガイドボランティアさんもいるらしいです。平日で残念! また、こちらのお寺には多くの文化財もあるようですが見れずまた調べて見たいなぁと思いました。 観光者のための分かりやすい駐車場(7台位)バス別、キレイなお手洗いが嬉しかったです。 歴史好きな方にはオススメです。
