Access

Access to Katagai Chuo Beach
Here's how to access Katagai Chuo Beach. If you're coming by car, take National Route 126 via the Tokyo-Tsukuba Expressway and the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line, then head towards Kujukuri Town. If you're using public transportation, take the "Wakashio" limited express train from JR Tokyo Station and transfer at Oami Station, which is about 50 minutes away via the Keiyo and Sotobo lines. From there, transfer to the Higashi-Kan Line and arrive at Higashi-Kan Station in about 10 minutes, then transfer to a bus bound for Hon-Suka or Katagai Station and travel about 10 km. It's recommended to check for the latest access information in advance.

Parking

Parking Information and Usage at Katagai Central Beach
Here is information about parking at Katagai Central Beach. During the swimming season, the operating hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Outside of that period, parking is available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. As for the number of parking spaces, the Fudodo Kaigan Municipal Parking Lot has 402 spaces, the Katagai Kaigan Seaside Park Municipal Parking Lot has 1,266 spaces, and the Sakuta Kaigan Municipal Parking Lot has 292 spaces. On weekdays outside of the season, parking is free. The fees vary depending on the location and time, so please check the latest information on the website of Kujukuri Town.

もう少し北に行った場所へ。漁港?的な場所。こちらは穴場なのか?この時期にサーフィンやっている方はいませんでした。釣り禁止?場所?穏やかな海でした
