Access

Accessing Muroto Cape
If using public transportation to access Muroto Cape, first take the Kochi Seinan Bus from Nahari Station on the Tosa Kuroshio Railway to Muroto Sekai Geopark Center. The bus ride takes about 50 minutes, and you will get off at Muroto Cape Bus Stop. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk on the Henro Trail to reach Muroto Cape. It's a good idea to check the bus schedule and operating status in advance. If using a private car, take National Route 32 and National Route 55 via Nankoku IC on the Kochi Expressway, which is about a 70km, 2-hour drive. There are signs along the road indicating access to Muroto Cape. Muroto Cape is an attractive spot with beautiful scenery and a powerful coastline. Observation decks and walking trails are developed around the cape, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent view. When visiting, please be careful about transportation and weather, and prepare sufficiently.
