少し変わったお屋敷で素敵でした。昔の電話や配電盤など他の屋敷ではあまり見慣れないものがたくさんありました。 入場料は無料ですが案内の人がついてきます。ここの案内人のハゲたおっさんは要注意です笑 短めに案内してほしいとお願いしたけど大幅に予定が過ぎてました、あと君らみたいな若者は知らないだろうけど‥うんぬんかんぬんという説明がすごく多くてうざかった笑 茶室も中に入れてくれなかったし、外から覗くという行為をさせられる始末。 気にならない人にはここはすごいいいお屋敷です。

2029年頃までは改修工事を行っているため見学の際はHPをよく読んで気をつけてください。 毎週水、土日のみ事前予約制で工事現場を見学できます。 観覧希望日の前月1日から予約を受け付けており希望日の前日までに旧西尾家住宅へ直接お申込ください。 私は工事していることを知らなかったのですが当日の予約が空いていたので観覧させていただきました。

もう10年以上前に何度かお邪魔させていただいたのですがものすごい立派な御屋敷でしたただ安全のためかボランティアのガイドさんが必ず引率してくださるので説明板を充実させて自由観覧にした方が自分で感じる事ができたりするんじゃないかなと少し思いましたいつか秋に庭の甘柿をいただいた事有難うございました
