駆け足で見て廻りましたが思った以上に楽しく時間が足りません。蝶々の放し飼いは植物園そのものです。虫シーズンにカブトムシの放し飼いのスペースもありました。子供さんが楽しそう。 もっとゆっくりみてまわりたかったです。 再訪問 クイズに答えて景品がいただけました。虫の質問をすると、とても詳しいスタッフさんを呼んでくださり、いろいろ応えてくださいました。 とてもいい施設です。

お盆期間に訪問したが、オープン30分後くらいには駐車場満車で待ちが発生していた。 館の名前通り昆虫がたくさん。生息場所や虫の特徴まで事細かく記載しているパネルも設置されていて分かりやすい。 訪問した時はたまたま(期間限定?)カブトムシを直に触れる場所もあり、普段は虫に興味のない娘も興奮していた笑 蝶のエリアは目の前をふわ~っときれいな蝶たちが舞っています。昆虫好きのお子さんがいらっしゃる家庭にはサイコーの場所。 夏休みの自由研究や課題にも◎かと。 ちょっと見た目がグロテスク(ゴキとか)な展示もありますが総じて楽しめます。 館自体もちょうどいい大きさなので良いタイミングで入り口まで戻ってこれます。

2024.6訪問。 たまたま入ってみましたが、『チョウの園』では生きた蝶が放し飼いされてるのが素晴らしかったです! こんなに沢山の蝶を見るのは初めてて感動しました。 かなりオススメな施設です! 他に昆虫や蝶の標本の展示も凄かったです! キレイな色の蝶の標本が良かった! ゲンゴロウや大きなゴキブリの展示も印象的でした。 2階には昆虫を触れるブースもありました。 1階の売店には昆虫食のコオロギの販売もありましたね~ 総合的にオススメな施設なので、1度も行ったことがない方には是非ともオススメしたいです!
