"One year of flowers on the Kunisaki Peninsula" is an interactive artwork displayed at the teamLab Gallery Manatuku Coast, and it represents the changing of the flowers throughout the year. The artwork shows the difficulty and beauty of coexisting with nature, as well as the artificiality of human intervention. The artwork is continuously drawn in real-time, and the blooming of the flowers changes in an instant, making it impossible to see the same picture twice. It's a fantastic piece that allows you to appreciate the difficulty and beauty of living with flowers while considering the meaning of human intervention in nature.

Recreation of a Showa-Era Japanese Town

The TeamLab Gallery Manatugan Coast and Showa no Machi in Toyotaka City, Oita Prefecture, are tourist spots with different charms. Showa no Machi is a shopping street that recreates the Showa-era Japanese town, complete with nostalgic eateries and museums. Visitors are able to enjoy the retro atmosphere. When visiting both spots, it's recommended to first enjoy retro meals and shopping in Showa no Machi, and then head to the TeamLab Gallery Manatugan Coast. 平日の正午に行きました。お客様が誰もいなくて独り占め状態でした。当時真夏だったので涼みつつ、プロジェクションマッピングを堪能しました。交通手段は難儀ですが、チームラボファンは至高な空間です。対岸の真玉海岸も絶景です。

2023.9.27 1つの広い空間で映像と音楽をゆったりと愉しむのを好む方には満喫出来る場所。ビーズクッションもいくつかあり、幻想的な世界観の中横になっていると心地好くて、危うく本格的に眠りそうなほど。見る人の距離に反応するそうで、ある一定の距離に近づくと、その人の周囲に花が芽吹き、近づき過ぎると花は散り枯れるようです。

昭和の町の、共同チケットで入場しました。以前会社だったのか、表は、こんなところで？って感じでしたが、中に入ると、映像のキレイなこと。夕方に、行くと人は少なかったです。ここの前の海岸に日が沈むようで、7時まで開いているので、夕日を見てからでもよさそうですね。ゆっくりできました。
