西条藩陣屋跡がそのまま西条高校という愛媛県でも有数の進学校になってるまぁまぁのレアアースしかも藩の大手門が高校の正門になっており陣屋のお堀もきっちり残って整備されておりお堀の外側のベンチには親藩大名の証である三葉葵の御紋が施されていてー地元の人びとが自分のところの殿様をいかに誇りにしていたかがわかるような気がしますただいかんせん陣屋の内部は現役の学校なので入って見学は難しいのがなぁ… だけど外からでも十份美しい陣屋跡ですよ
