さすがの八幡宮代表ですね。境内どこを散策してても凄さを感じます。池で鯉のエサを売ってましたが、かなり多めに入ってます(鯉より鴨のほうが食いつきがよかったです)。宝物館は平日はやってないみたいで見られず。正面の駐車場はほぼほぼ全部400円でやってましたが、呉橋側の駐車場は遠くないのに無料でお得でした。

全国八幡宮の総本宮ということで一度訪れてみたかったので、今回機会があって大分市への鉄道旅の途中に立ち寄りました。 境内も広く参道もあり何より朱色の本殿などすべての建物が立派で見ごたえがあり訪れて良かったです。 二礼、四拍手、一礼と少し参拝方法が特別なので興味深かったです。 ゆっくり2~3時間見て周りかなり歩きました。 参道にはお食事処やカフェもあり立ち寄ってみてもよいと思います。 自分は宇佐駅から路線バスを利用しましたが、交通系ICカードやクレジットのタッチ決済は利用できず久しぶりに現金で乗車しました。整理券を取っておいて良かったです。本数も限られているので急ぎの場合はタクシーを利用したほうがいいと思います。大きな駐車場が隣接しているので車で訪問する方が多かったです。 御朱印は本殿を参拝する前に社務所にお願いするように案内がありました。

八幡宮の総本社へ。 境内はとても広く、玉砂利がいい音です。寝殿造の庭園も立派で素敵でした。社務所にて御朱印を依頼してから階段を上がってお参りすることが推奨されていました。先に御朱印をお願いすると帰りがスムーズで良いです。 両脇の森の手入れが行き届いており、木漏れ日もとても美しかったです。 駐車場は大変広く、停めやすくて助かりました。 あちらこちらに休憩所やカフェもあるので、ゆったり回った帰りに立ち寄ることをおすすめします。 また訪問したいです。
