説明がありありがたかった。 江戸時代の武家屋敷建築様式をそのまま受け継いでいて、表座敷には書院造りの様式が残されているそうです 電話事業に貢献したので表門に電話一番の札があります。

コンパクトですが庭がとても良い。宮沢賢治から貰ったという木も植えてあります。ガイドさんはつけたほうがいいかも。

特に予備知識もなく、1人でサラーッと見学させてもらえればいいかなくらいの感覚で雪が降りしきる中訪れました。 入館料500円を払うと、ガイドさんの説明をおすすめされました。 自分1人のためにわざわざ…と気が引けましたが、お客さんも少なく今は手も空いているのでと仰るのでお願いしました。 結果、お願いして大正解! お屋敷の造りや仕組み、歴史や背景などちょっとした雑談も交え優しい口調でとてもわかりやすく楽しかったです。 積雪の時期はお庭は見られないのがちょっと残念でしたが、また季節を変えて訪れたいです。
