絶世の美女、小野小町を祀るお堂。 芍薬塚を祀っていた小町神社が老朽化したことで新たに建立された、平等院鳳凰堂を模した可愛い堂宇です。

小野小町が生まれた地とされる場所に建てられている朱色のお堂です。道の駅おがちから小町の郷公園の中を通り小町堂に行きました。いい散歩コースでした。
