霊場恐山。青森県民でありながら初めて行った。寺山修司の映画[田園に死す]のロケ地で映画を観て行きたくなった。期待通りのシュールな場所。中に小さな硫黄温泉があるのでタオル持って行った方が良い。

硫黄の香りが漂う神秘的で不思議な場所でした。 他では味わえないような場所です。 天気が良くても悪くても楽しめそうです!!

GWのお勧め観光スポット! こどもの頃に見た心霊番組や名前のイメージから、おどろおどろしい怖いイメージがあったけど、実際行って見ると全く違った。恐山イコール「イタコ」の口寄せをイメージする人も多いが、普段はイタコは居ないので注意!大祭期間だけ口寄せをやっている。温泉は写真の他に混浴の花染めの湯、男湯の薬師の湯がある。入山料¥500(現在は¥700に値上げ)で、どの温泉も無料で入浴出来るのでタオルを持参する事をオススメ!
