It is recorded in ancient literature that there was already a hot spring inn in this area in the third year of Ku-an. The name "Tsuru Onsen" comes from the abundance of vine plants that entwine around the trees. It is a historic hot spring resort that has been loved by people since ancient times, and many have visited seeking health and healing. Tsuru Onsen, which has long been associated with hot spring culture, still retains its charm in modern times.

Heal Your Tiredness at a Reasonable Price
You can use the day-trip hot springs at Tsuta Onsen at a reasonable price. The adult fee is 800 yen and the fee for elementary school children is 500 yen. Please note that the available time is from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. In addition, rental equipment is also available, with hand towels available for 250 yen and bath towels available for rent for 500 yen, so you can use the facilities without bringing anything.

Access to Tsuta Onsen
Access to Tsuta Onsen is convenient by both public transportation and car. For those using public transportation, it's about a 2-hour journey by JR bus from JR Aomori Station. For those with a car, it's about a 1.5-hour drive via National Route 45 and National Route 103 from Hachinohe. Alternatively, it's also about a 1.5-hour drive via National Route 4 and National Route 103 from Aomori. You can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery while driving. Additionally, there are some accommodations that offer shuttle services, so please check with them! Tsuta Onsen is a lovely hot spring resort surrounded by beautiful nature and with convenient access.
