Matsukawaura Fishing Port was once a popular port known as one of the best in Japan, but suffered from reputational damage due to the tsunami and nuclear accident after the Great East Japan Earthquake. To dispel these negative associations and revive the bustling atmosphere of the past, "Hamanoe Station Matsukawaura" was built as a symbol. Inside the facility, you can enjoy freshly caught seafood to your heart's content. The seafood bowl, especially made with seasonal seafood, is very popular. They also offer a wide variety of processed and frozen products, making it perfect for souvenir shopping!

Unonosaki Lighthouse, built in 1953, is a white lighthouse standing on a hill in Unonosaki Cape. The contrast between the blue sea, green pine trees, and white lighthouse is a beautiful sight to see. Although the inside of the lighthouse is not open to the public, a promenade has been built to the lighthouse, allowing visitors to take a leisurely stroll while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Take in the sea breeze and spend a relaxing time. In addition, in 2023, a character personifying Unonosaki Lighthouse will make an appearance. It's a must-see for lighthouse enthusiasts!
