中尊寺で、無料で行ける一番奥が此方の神社。 神仏習合の名残?。 今は、中尊寺の鎮守様になっています。 鳥居から参道の突き当たりが拝殿かと思ったら、能舞台。 境内のほとんどが能舞台のちょっと可哀想な神社です(拝殿の写真を撮っていなかった)。 拝殿を挟んで左側に社務所、右側に御朱印受付がありますが、お詣り当日9時頃はまだ開いていませんでした、山内を一通り回り10時頃、お詣りに戻ると社務所だけ開いており、無事に御朱印を頂けました。

重要文化財の能舞台がある中尊寺境内にある鎮守社。 奥にあるせいか、あまり参拝する人もいなくてゆっくり見学出来ます。

大きな寺院の中には必ずといっていいほど神社がありますよね、ここもそんな感じの神社でした、 立派な神楽殿があり、また十二支の摂社とその先はとても眺めがいいところでした、
