Basic Information on the Fountain Area
Gero Funsui Pond is a footbath spot surrounded by nature located in Koda, Gero City. You can soak your feet in the footbath while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the four seasons. Admission is free. It is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and there is a municipal parking lot with a maximum of 70 parking spaces available. At Gero Funsui Pond, you can only use the footbath. The footbath uses hot spring water, providing a pleasant moment of warmth and rich natural environment. Let's heal your mind and body while enjoying the footbath in the nature-surrounded Gero Funsui Pond.

Access

Access to Gero Fountain Park
Access to Gero Fountain Park is approximately 52km from the Nakatsugawa IC on the Chuo Expressway via National Routes 257 and 41, or approximately 35km from the Tokai Loop Expressway Fukagawa IC via Prefectural Route 58, turning left at the Ijiri intersection and following National Route 41 for approximately 28km. If using public transportation, it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes on the Takayama Main Line from Nagoya Station on the JR Line, or about 3 hours and 30 minutes from Osaka Station on the Takayama Main Line to arrive at Gero Station. From Gero Station, it's about a 3-minute walk to Gero Fountain Park.
