Mizu Manju (Water Manju)

A Japanese confectionery made with abundant use of Ono's famous water.

Ono's water has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 famous waters. This water is used abundantly to solidify kuzu and agar, and then filled with the shop's special anko (sweet red bean paste) to create Mizu Manju. Its appearance is very refreshing and it has become one of the sweets that people want to eat during the summer.
