Firefly Squid
Proud of its freshness, Firefly Squid from Toyama Bay.
Toyama Bay is the only place where fixed net fishing for firefly squid is practiced. You can enjoy freshly caught sashimi when it's in season. The outside is firm, and the inside is soft and creamy.
